Registration for the APAC 2026 annual meetings will close on April 30, 2026 till 05:00 PM (GMT +7). "Payment must be received no later than April 30, 2026"
Cancellations must be submitted by email to annual.meeting@apac2026.id and APAC2026@bsn.go.id.
All email correspondence must originate for the record of registration for consideration as a valid request.
Cancellations received on or before April 30, 2026 till 05:00 PM (GMT+7) will receive a full refund less a USD 250 administration fee.
Refund will be processed within 10 working days on receipt of request from the delegate and will be credited in delegate account around 10-15 working days.
Cancellations received thereafter are not eligible for refunds.
